TraderMade (UK) is looking for a highly motivated London-based Telesales person to help grow new business opportunities globally. The position will work closely with the US and UK based Business Development Managers (BDM), and will effectively involve cold-calling and setting up trials for the BDMs. Telesales will usually be provided leads to contact but may also be asked to research potential clients.

With high employee retention, TraderMade continually encourages the development of its people and encourage them to take on more challenges in the future. Progression into the Sales Support team and eventually into an Account Manager/BDM role is possible for the most successful candidate. Please note that relevant training will be provided in-house.  


  • Research and identify new business opportunities for TraderMade within banks, hedge funds, brokers and other investment firms
  • Qualify prospects through initial calls to gather details on trading operations and current vendor use
  • Effectively communicate TraderMade products and services over the phone with immediate goal of putting on trials and creating interest in TraderMade
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly prospect and trial targets
  • Provide weekly reports as to the status of each opportunity

Qualifications/qualities sought:

  • Ambitious self-starter with energy and motivation
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous financial sales experience is not necessary, but similar experience demonstrating ability to effectively communicate with new prospects is preferred
  • Interest in global financial markets and financial instruments
  • Keen to further study and acquire the Diploma in Technical Analysis from the Society of Technical Analysts.
